Tammy founded My Loud Speaker back in Toronto in 2007. It all started with two friends, a dog, and a belief that she could. Since then, she’s managed advertising campaigns for clients across Canada, and hired her friends to help execute them, all the while watching them move on to bigger and better things. She is grateful her company has grown to what it is now, but hopes to continue to increase turnover in her company to benefit her staff. In her spare time, Tammy can be found doing a variety of activities from volunteering in third-world countries to sitting on the couch watching Sex and the City.

Matthew joined the team when the company moved from Toronto to Vancouver. Since then, he has become an invaluable partner inside the My Loud Speaker think tank and continues to play a integral role in it’s growth and success. He’s been an obsessed Canucks fan for over 17 years and a mediocre hockey player for 12 of those years. When he’s not working, he’ll most likely be eating or watching Mad Men.

Since joining the team over two years ago, Jonathan has become a key cog for all the agency’s brainstorming sessions. He challenges the excellence of each project and the company’s ability to always be better. Employment Situation: Ana is up for hire
Ana joined the team later down the line as the company began to grow and was in desperate need of a cleaner workflow. Her innate organizational skills (and obsession with colour coordination) made her a natural fit for My Loud Speaker’s Operations Manager position. In addition to always having candy in her purse, Ana is a movie and T.V. junkie (much like the rest of the team) and frequently updates the whole staff on the latest flicks.
STEVE DESMONE
Account Manager | “Office Blackhawk”
Specializes in Multi-tasking and Client Satisfaction.
Employment Situation: Steve is up for hire
Steve is the newest addition to the My Loud Speaker team and has settled in nicely into his account manager position. Even though he can usually be found fiddling on his computer or phone, he takes tremendous pride in ensuring every client’s needs are heard and understood. If he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him on the ice either playing or coaching kids. It has been noted that he is the office’s lone Chicago Blackhawks fan and – not to worry – the situation is currently being taken care of.
