Ponderpickle
Linda, formerly the Director of Research and Products at Coast Capital Savings, decided to pursue her own venture in the form of a consulting group, and asked our team to name, brand, and develop all the foundational materials to launch her business. We wanted to develop real meaning behind her brand, and we knew that she thrived on “hard thinking work” and was energized by the activity of discovering answers behind muddled situations. Thus, we ended up on the concept of “clarity behind the chaos”, with a touch of “playfulness”, “thoughtfulness”, and “professionalism”.

Initially, Licensed Opticians was focused on creating traffic in optical stores across the country and generating more sales. However, using our marketing plan, they shifted their focus to educating the public about eye health and understanding the importance of vision care devices. With this strategy and goal in mind, we were able to effectively develop a dynamic campaign entitled “Love Your Eyes”, where we encouraged the public to participate in answering daily educational questions relating to vision care, eye health and Licensed Opticians for a chance to win weekly prizes. Our marketing plan was built to gain momentum, making each year of our three-year marketing plan stronger and able to reach more Canadians.

AUTEC
AuTec Innovative Extractive Solutions Lts, is a relatively new organization. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, AuTec’s aim is to find innovative solutions for the extractive industry. Their company was in need of a website that would centre on servicing their client. We created a design that aligned with Barrick Gold Corporations, but in the process elevated the Barrick brand, by ensuring the design was timeless and authentic. We used a simple CRM and included a training manual for their staff so they could sustain their website with consistency.
